Return and Refund Policy

We kindly request you to check the order after receiving. Please make sure to always record a video while unboxing the package in order to confirm that your order has been received correctly and completely. The video will also be a proof in case of any incorrect/defective item. The returns/exchanges can only be requested when mistakes are made by the Company.

  • The request has to be sent via email to customers@supersunstore.com with attachments of proof of payment, order confirmation, photos and unboxing video of items you wish to return/exchange with reasons for return/exchange.
  • We reserve the right to not accept the request to return/exchange any item without unboxing video.
  • If the package arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery. Signature upon delivery will confirm that your order has been received. The return request can be sent via email with a video showing every side of the damaged package clearly.
  • Returns/exchanges can only be requested within 5 days of reception. We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges of any item if the request is not sent within the required time. Your order needs to be returned to the Company within 14 days for domestic orders, and 30 days for international orders.
  • The request review process takes 1-7 business days from the day your order has been returned.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition with tags still attached, unworn, and not having been washed or altered. The request will not be accepted if there is any missing or damaged accessories.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges for customer damaged items due to misuse or accidental damage by consumer.
  • In case of customer dissatisfaction, we reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges if the item has been used.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges in all cases for wrong order caused by filling in incorrect details such as color or sizes.
  • If the item to be exchanged due to the Company’s mistake is out of stock or has been discontinued, we will issue a full refund including the cost of your order and the shipping. The processing time depends on the customer’s chosen payment method.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges in case the item is not returned to the Company.
