SHIPPING CONDITIONS

  • We ship everyday except Sundays and public holidays. Order confirmed before 10.30 AM (GMT+7) will be shipped on the same day. In case of delivery delay due to any inconvenience, we reserve the right to ship your order the next day.
  • Shipping Fee

Shipping fee varies depending on package weight and the shipping address.

  • Delivery will take 3-7 business days for domestic shipping and 10-25 business days for international shipping, depending on shipping address and shipping conditions in different countries.
  • If your order has been returned to the Company due to incorrect address details or unknown recipient, we shall not be responsible for redelivery. To resend your order, the cost of redelivery will be charged.

DELIVERY SERVICE

  • Domestic Shipping: Shipments with DHL delivery service.
  • International Shipping: Shipments with Thailand Post EMS World, a state enterprise courier.

  • Choose your preferred payment method. Payment can be made via Credit/Debit Card (Global Card), QR Code Promptpay, Mobile Banking (SCB Easy, Kplus, KMA), China’s Wallet Apps (WeChat, Alipay), Thailand’s Wallet Apps (TrueMoney Wallet, Shopee Pay, Rabbit LINE Pay).
  • Once payment has been confirmed, your order details cannot be edited or canceled.
  • Please note that foreign exchange rates depend on the bank you choose.

NOTE

  • SUPER SUN reserves the right to make changes an order that has already been completed. Customers cannot request changes to the type, model, quantity, size, or color under any circumstances.
